Introduction
The second largest organization after the United Nations with a membership of 57 states spread over four continents. The Organization is a strong voice of the Muslim world. It is to safeguard and protect the interests of the Muslim world in the spirit of promoting international peace and harmony among various people of the world.
The secretariat is in Jeddah and headed by the organization’s secretary general Hissein Brahim Taha is the 12th Secretary General.
The emergency meeting was called on 18 October, by the Saudi King to infer a proper reason-solution to the Israel-Palestine ongoing war which has entered its 13 days since the first week of this month.
The Core Purpose
The ongoing Charter of the OIC was adopted by the Eleventh Islamic Summit held in Dakar on 13-14 March 2008 adding the purpose of the OIC future Islamic action in order to meet the requirements of the modern era to protect the Muslims' vital interests and focused to settle conflicts and disputes involving and to enhance the bond of unity and solidarity among Member States. Therefore, it reflects the true values of Islam and Muslims, the organization has taken various steps to deal with and advocates eliminating biased attitudes against Muslims in all forms and embodiments. The Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) called according to ( Article 10) of the charter for a firm solution to the crisis in Gaza and the humanitarian situation of the besieged civilians there.
To reaffirm its support for the rights of people as stipulated in the UN Charter and international law (Article 1)

The meeting called upon the joint invitation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Chair of the current session of the Islamic Summit and Chair of the Executive Committee, and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, to discuss the hot issue of the Israeli military inhuman blockade against the Palestinians that has resulted in Gaza destruction, death and displacement of the masses. Bringing out all resolutions issued by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation regarding the issue of Palestine and the City of Al-Quds Al-Sharif.
Highlighting the centrality of the Palestinian issue for the entire Islamic Ummah; Supporting the inviolable rights of the Palestinian people, remarkably their right to autonomy and the return of Palestinian refugees, their right to self-sufficiency, and the incarnation of the independent and sovereign State of Palestine on the borders of June 4th, 1967, with its capital, Al-Quds Al-Sharif, As well as his legal right to self-defence to contend the Israeli invasion that preys their lives, their sanctities, and their properties.
The unprecedented Israeli incursion in the inhabited Palestinian domain and the shameful massacres committed against civilians in the Gaza Strip by the Israeli forces led to hundreds of innocent casualties, thousands of injuries, and the eviction of hundreds of thousands through the devastation of their homes. From the OIC platform, A commendable, strong condemnation has shown of the deliberately destroying infrastructure, threatening to commit atrocities and to exterminate them, as well as the absolute rejection of targeting civilians under any pretext or displacing them from their homes, or starving and depriving them of safe access to humanitarian aid in contravention of all international norms and laws.
It is an open call for quick action to the countries to provide humanitarian, medical and relief aid, water and electricity, and to open corridors immediately in order to safely deliver urgent aid to the Gaza Strip, including through the United Nations institutions particularly the United Nations Relief and Work Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).

Security and stability in the region will not be achieved without the empowerment of the Palestinian people with their fundamental rights.
International actors' engagement in sponsoring a serious political path is required, to achieve peace and the international community should hold accountable the Israeli government to end the illegal occupation that had begun in 1967 and implement the two-state solution, within a clear time framework.
Today's meeting is to convey the OIC’s position to the capitals of the countries and organizations to which they are accredited and to work with the necessary speed up their endeavour towards condemning and stopping the aggression,
A sort of invitation for the member states to apply all feasible and effective diplomatic, legal and deterrent measures, to stop the occupying power Israel's crimes against humanity.
It is the need of the hour to provide international protection for the Palestinian people, with international humanitarian law standards as has been repeatedly advocated by the United Nations General Assembly, including in resolution ES-10/20 of 13 June 2018 and in line with the Final Communique of the 7th Extraordinary Islamic Summit to provide them relief in an intense situation.
Assigns and requests the Secretary-General of OIC to identify the possible set of effective and concrete measures. And to communicate practically with the five permanent members of the Security Council / the Secretary-General of the United Nations / the High Commissioner for Human Rights / the President of the European Union, and to continue coordination with regional and international organizations, including the League of Arab States, the Gulf Cooperation Council, the African Union and the Non-Aligned Movement to take the necessary steps aiming to compel Israel to stop all its violation.
Foreign Minister Jalil Abbas Jilani led the Pakistan delegation to the urgent Foreign Minister he stressed that
“Israel must bring an immediate end to its campaign of terror with an immediate ceasefire, lifting the siege of Gaza, and rescinding forced evacuation of Palestinians from their homes. “
He emphasized the urgency of humanitarian corridors for rapid, secure and unrestricted humanitarian and relief supplies and underlined the root cause of the recent conflagration lay in the non-implementation of the two-state solution.
